CircleOS gives organizations a complete operating system for recurring structured meetings — dynamic agendas, role tracking, attendance, automated reminders, and deep confidentiality built in.
From the organization down to the individual member, every layer of CircleOS is designed to reduce friction and protect the integrity of the meeting process.
Org Admins build a meeting template — sections, durations, roles, ground rules, and context. This becomes the locked blueprint for all groups of that type.
Group Admins invite members by email. Members receive a welcome, create a profile, and connect their calendar. Each group gets its own private, secure space.
Enter the start time and number of attendees. CircleOS calculates every section's timing dynamically, warns if you're running over, and adjusts proportionally.
Each member sees the agenda and receives reminders in their own timezone. Calendar invites push automatically to Google, Apple, or Outlook.
Transcripts, minutes, and AI summaries are stored privately per meeting. Members review the previous session before the next one via reminder email.
Track who is Presenter, Coach, Convener, Timekeeper, and Scribe for every meeting. History stays immutable — no edits, only additions.
CircleOS is designed around the meeting roles that make structured peer groups work. Each role is tracked, rotated, and accountable.
The member bringing their challenge or opportunity to the group this session.
Meets with the Presenter before the session to help them clarify their ask.
Guides the group through the session, sends the agenda, and opens each section.
Manages the minute of silence and reminds the group when sections are ending.
Takes notes or manages the AI scribe. Circulates the summary afterward.
Shares a brief update at the start of the session on what's happened since their turn.
Members in a reflective observer role — present, listening, and offering depth.
Organizations pay one flat rate based on the number of active groups. Members never pay individually. All plans include unlimited members per group.
